A low-slot active module which repairs a portion of armor damage to the ship it's fitted on. Used on armor tanking ships.
Example: Small Armor Repairer I.
Uses
The armor repper is greatly favored for PvE situations, where you'll be taking small amounts of damage steadily.
In PvP fleet combat, they're less useful because damage often comes too quickly for the repper to keep up. Medium and large armor reppers have very slow cycle times, so your ship may be blown up before the repper completes its cycle.
Accordingly, fleet fits often have a buffer tank and rely on fleet logistics to provide remote armor repair after combat.
