Many <S>bothans</S> leeroys died to bring us this information. This is from a 10 000 km warp, using an acceleration gate as found in incursions, missions and faction warfare beacons. Notice the align times of the different hulls, and the actual warp time. Over multiple AU warps, the difference between a frigate and cruiser widens considerably, allowing interceptors to intercept.
