I actually find the whole mining side of things relaxing. I can read a book, or play a game of solitaire / freecell if I get that bored. Mining
I do A LOT of mining. I made a cheat-sheet HERE. Feel free to use it, I also use a simple spreadsheet that I update manually each day with my station's market costs. It tells me which minerals locally will net me the most profit. I actually find the whole mining side of things relaxing.
