The program can be used to request a new ship instead of a replacement. A new ship requested this way must only be used for wartime PvP fleets, or official Uni fleet ops lead by an ILN member or a Uni director during peace time.

During official fleet ops, all loot gathered from enemy wrecks must be placed in the ILN hangar.
