The Fluttering Nebula is a gas site found in null sec through Exploration. There are no hostile NPCs here.
This specific site is found only in the Vale of the Silent region of space.
- Cytoserocin gas clouds do a static amount of damage at random intervals. Damage can be tanked and mitigated with thermal resists.
- Untested: signature radius impacts the amount of damage received.

On warp in, the site contains five Amber Cytoserocin harvestable clouds.
- This entry previously listed 1500 units per cloud.
- On 2021-04-03 the site was documented as containing 50 units per cloud.
Amber Cytoserocin is used in the production of the Pure Standard Blue Pill Booster.
