In a limited mining expedition site, you need to mine 10,000 units of ore and deposit it in the friendly Orca, while under attack from enemy frigates.

There are also three levels of special rewards, triggered by how much time you need to complete the objective. (With 7:15 left you get the silver, i.e. second-level, reward.) The rewards also influence your payout, both in ISK and loyalty points(5% extra for the first level, 15% for the second level).
