Blitz pocket 2 not working?

Are you sure the frigate (Guristas Kyoukan/Webifier), the trigger, wasn't accidentally destroyed before the Ion Field Projection Battery and Moon Harvester where destroyed?

The info is imported from EVE Survival in October 2017. So it is possible that the mission is changed. Only way to be sure is to check when/if the mission is offered again.
