This is a complex that can be scanned down with scanner probes, and can be found in low security space. Its signal strength is high (20%), making it easy to scan down.
The site is a deadspace pocket accessed through gates. Access seems restricted to battlecruisers and below.

Escalation
Killing the Sentient Annihilator Alvum may start the escalation chain Moving Day. The following message would then be shown: Mid fight you noticed a transport ship coming in from warp accompanied by a few drone escorts and after some targeted scans your instruments get a suspicious reading along their incoming warp trajectory.
