Introduciton
When you start a new character in EVE, every player gets the same 9 skills where 2 are race specific: Frigate and Gunnery skills are based upon your racial choice. You start out with 56,489 skill points no matter what race you choose to play.
Attributes are also standardized across the races where all begin at 20 with charisma at 19.
