Be sure to grab shield amps for EM and Explosive as well.  You'll want a 2 medium and 3 lights (tech 1) of the other 3 racial drones as well.  All Tech 1.  Point is to be very very cheap.  We had 4 of us a couple weeks and and we were cutting through missions like a hot knife through butter.

Be sure to have extra set of light and medium drones for each race.  The Warrior I's in the fit above are anti-tackle / hazing, so you'll always have a flight of those no matter which faction you are fighting for a combat site/mission.

If damage is too much, the drone nav and AIF can be dropped for a set of faction specific hardeners

Arbi costs around 12.5 mil with its spare fittings.  After insurance, that's only 7.5 mil per loss.

Algos costs around 2 mil with its spare fittings.  After insurance, that's only 1.25 mil per loss

so it's very cheap to use these and even roam out of the pocket if there's a nice site people want to run or to run L4's in EZA

the algos's do very well in the L3's (edited)
I've ran 100mn shield vexors in L4 fleets before
and there was very very little to rep
the idea here to have everyone flying dps and patching the odd boo boo with a spider tank setup
fits were designed with characters having finished BLAP programs
so they should be very easy to fit for basically anyone with modicum of skills
