This article needs UpDate. As of 04-Feb-2021 when FOB's mining fleet is present in an asteroid belt, even arrival of a player combat ship (Frigate) on distance 70-80 km triggers departure of mining fleet and arrival of FOB combat fleet. This can be unpleasant surprise for unsuspecting player (no need to attack mining fleet) !
