Submission Limit: Where should maximum submission limit per minute go, in the article? Is it 5 samples per minute? Omega 'penalty' seems to me to be no cooldown, just a closed window, whereas Alpha seems like it may be 24 hours. Can anyone else confirm? --Cariq (talk) 06:07, 5 August 2020 (UTC)
