Noobs on Patrol was started by Debir Achen shortly after he joined EVE University in March 2011. The original format was a small PvP roam leaving post-downtime. This quickly changed into an open-to-all PvP roam.
As of March 2012, Noobs on Patrol runs after downtime every Wednesday, usually leaving Aldrat by 12:00. Pilots of all skill levels are welcome to attend.
Format
Noobs on Patrol is usually a kitchen-sink PvP low-sec roam. On occasion, other events have been arranged:
- L4 missions in frigates
- D-scan practice
- Blackbird roam
- Wormhole visit
- Null-sec roam
- War-prep convoy
