Be aware that the sensor booster is from before Retribution fittings, where the blackbird, if I recall, did not have sufficient base sensor lock range to cover max optimum range on jammers.
Sensor compensation skills increase the strength of the racial ship's sensor strength. It does not modify the ECM jam strength nor does it affect the optimal ranges.
