Large Mercoxit Deposit are periodically spawned in nullsec systems, and are a guaranteed spawn in systems with any tier 2 Ore Prospecting Array. Finally, there is a chance for the site to spawn in sovereign nullsec systems with a tier 3 array installed.
The respawn time on guaranteed sites is 8 hours.
