I updated this page with a reference to the title tool, because the MI numbers were available there at the time. I wasn't aware that this was restricted management information. I hope it wasn't seen in any fashion as a way to con the system, the numbers were available and i found it to be a valuable piece of information, so i put the link on the wiki. I hope i did not break any wiki related policy doing so.
