Mission briefing
You are talking to the last survivor of a vicious, dishonorable assault. I used to soar through this area with the rest of my gang, taking care of business, talking to people who needed a good talking to, maybe knocking them around a bit, keeping things tight and running. I loved my job, and I was good at it. But then we ran into a bunch of Sansha's, and things went very wrong. They snuck up on us while we were minding our own business, and they murdered every single one of my gangmates. I still have nightmares about those last few seconds, when each one of my communication channels to them was filled with screams, then static. Then nothing at all. The Sansha's left me alive only so that I could crawl back to home and tell the tale, a message that they were coming to push us out of the territory. We're going to send them a message in return. We don't dare risk total war, though, so we need a freelancer. You are going to head out, find a bunch of Sansha's puppets, and kill them. Bring me back their tags so that I can hang them over my bed like a set of wind chimes; that ought to stop then nightmares for good.

Mission briefing
After you left, I got to thinking. Killing some random gang of Sansha's is good, but it's not enough. All we did was send the message that someone had wanted to kill their grunts. We need more. As luck would have it, the person reputed to be Sansha's provincial leader in this area, a man named Abufyr Joek, is situated not far from us. If we take him out, along with all his staff and guards, we will be sending a clear message to those brainless drones. They won't dare declare war on us, since they'll have nothing to officially tie the attack to our forces, but they'll know exactly who was responsible. Abufyr probably gave permission for his troops to roam around and viciously murder anyone they met, and even if he didn't he's still the nominal figurehead for them, so his death will be a statement. Kill everyone you see at that place, then bring me back Abufyr's head, and we'll show Sansha's Nation what happens when you get the stupid, stupid idea to attack the Angel Cartel. Don't worry about special storage, either, just put it in your cargo hold like everything else. We want it to be good and ripe before we vacuum-seal it to send off to the Sansha.
