Trying to improve this page

I took an interest in leadership skills and starting doing some research on them. I found both this page and the Fleet Leadership page need to be updated. I believe I can update this one to make it useful by providing very detailed information about warfare links, which would then allow for the Fleet Leadership page to focus on the basic and general information. I will continue to edit this for the next day or two, and I will update the Fleet Leadership page as well. By Jackie No, January 31, 2012 14:10 UTC.

I finished my first draft of this updated guide

I believe the last 2 sections should be deleted, but I left them for now to not eliminate content someone may prefer to keep. If you're in charge, please let me know what I should do next!

Command Burst range

I believe the table showing the effective command burst range needs to include two more lines to show the range for Rorqual with Industrial Core I and Industrial Core 2 bonuses
