Attacking control tower triggers reinforcement (~7 battleship and 4 frigates) and destroying it unlock the gate.
It seems you can skip the room and activate the gate with a guristas diamond tag in your cargo.
2nd pocket

~9 batleships ~7 battlecruisers ~4 frigates
Deep space stronghold. Attacking the deeps space stronghold triggers a EM smartbomb dealing roughly 4000 damage with a range of at least 30 km. Warping out doesn't reset the smartbomb. The deep space stronghold triggers reinforcement at 30% hull :
~4 battleships ~3 frigates ~1 cruiser 1 dread guristas eliminator (battleship) (drop dread guristas tag, faction ammo and possible faction modules)
Destroying the deep space stronghold finish the site. Seems to drop nothing interesting.
