An overview of the application process

If you are looking to join EVE University, please follow the procedure below. Players already in EVE University and looking to add a character to the corporation, please check out THIS NEEDS TO BE A SECTION BELOW|Additional Characters

Our application process is a multi-stage process:

1. First you will need to register for an account on our recruitment tool.
2. Next you will authorise your character. During the application we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire.
3. You will then need to wait for your application to be reviewed by one of our Intake Officers. While you are waiting we ask that you set up your EVE Uni overview in game.
4. When an Intake Officer has reviewed your application they will send you a mail in-game with the next steps. Most applicants will be invited to join immediately, but occasionally one of our Officers will want to ask you a question or two to assess your suitability for EVE Uni. Either way, it normally only takes a day or two to receive a mail.

All of our Intake Officers are volunteers, so we cannot guarantee they will be processing applications even if they are online. Please be patient with the process, and if you have any problems, contact the Manager of Intake and Progression.

Applying to join EVE University - Walkthrough

1. In a web browser, go to [1]. You will be brought to this page. Select 'Log in with EVE Online'.

2. You will then be prompted to log in using your EVE Online account details.

3. Check the character name highlighted is the character you wish to apply to EVE University on and select Authorise.
