Mission briefing
Okelle Alash has not yet broken under questioning. However, now that his fleet failed to save him, we have reason to believe that his brother Martokar is going to try it. This is the big break we were hoping for. Martokar is the very man we've been after, a brutal criminal who arrived here on the run, having been implicated in kidnappings, slave trade and the murder of CONCORD officers. He hasn't been here long and has already established himself a big player in the booster smuggling business. We need this man taken down.

Martokar is amassing an attack fleet at the moment, and one of the people he tried to recruit has been spotted by our agents in a nearby establishment, ranting about the lousy offer he got. This man is the only chance we'll get at discovering Martokar's precise location, so we need you to retrieve him right away. If we screw this up, Martokar may strike at any time while we're completely unprepared, and good people will die. Obviously, Martokar is going to want to silence this poor fellow before he can reveal anything, so we need to get there first.

However, we mustn't let Martokar think that we've got sensitive information on him, since that'll only make him change his plans and will ruin any advantage we had. We therefore need you to lay waste to the entire location, making it look like our informant perished in the process. Once you've destroyed the place and anyone snooping around, bring the guy back to us.
