Prepaid Gift Debit/Credit Cards

These cards can be purchased at convenience stores and other various stores, and have no value until activated at the till. One often pays cash or similar payment methods to get these cards. Often they are given as gifts or stocking stuffers, prizes, and the like. There is no age limit on these cards, and there are no associated names or addresses. You may at first think this is a problem, however I can confirm that they work just fine.

The Credit Card Processing system appears not to care what details you fill in to verify the card, however the EVE online site will not allow you to proceed unless you enter some sort of details. I theorize that it makes no difference what you enter.
