Locating & Difficulty

  • This is a high security combat site found through exploration. It's acceleration gate allows Battlecruisers or smaller to enter.
  • Note: Each "Domination" type defender will drop 1000 faction ammo and has a chance to drop "Domination" type faction gear. I did not count the chance domination drops in the loot values listed.
  • Angel Bunkers often contain Cap booster charges size 100 or 200.
  • On warp in, you arrive at an acceleration gate.

First pocket

  • Defenders: 1 Angel light missile battery, 7 Gistii type and 6 Gistior type defenders. After all the defenders are dead, the gate unlocks.
  • There were 3 Hemorphite, 5 Jaspet, and 27 Veldspar asteroids in this pocket.

Second pocket

  • Defenders: 2 Arch Gistii type, 13 Gistii type, 8 Gistior type pirates. Killing all the defenders spawns a single Domination frigate. Killing it can lead to the escallation.
  • There were 8 Omber, 7 Plagioclase, and 21 Veldspar asteroids in this pocket.
  • Escallation Popup: Your attention is drawn to one of the communications panels; it looks like you are receiving a trasnmission from one of the few pirate ships that got away. It is only one word: "Help!" The device also shows the apparent location of the transmitter...
  • Total: 2.6M (Bounties: 400K Salvage: 1.5M Loot: 650K )


Chasing the Dragon

  • This escalation has 4 stages, and the final stage is located in a low-sec system (3 systems deep for me). It has a chance to drop deadspace items.

Stage 1

  • Defenders: 7 Gistii Type, 1 Gitsum Type, and 1 Domination type pirate.
  • Destroying the Domination pirate is the site trigger and possibly escallation to the next stage.
  • There were 51 Veldspar asteroids in this area.
  • Escallation Popup: Here the pirates have ditched one of their damaged frigates, you manage to enter its navigation systems and retrieve the last entered coordinates.
  • Total: 930K (Bounties: 121K Salvage: 607K Loot: 202K )

Stage 2

  • Defenders: 4 Gistii type, 2 Gitsum Type, and a Domination type pirate.
  • Destroying the Domination pirate is the site trigger and possibly escallation to the next stage.
  • Escallation Popup: You made a short story of this feeble ambush, but now it is obvious the pirates know you are on their trail! While you are fighting, your scanners analyze and compare the information you receive from the enemy ships to your onboard databanks. It is clear that some of these ships are carrying prisoners.
  • Total: 700K (Bounties: 165K Salvage: 1.5M Loot: 400K )

Stage 3

  • Defenders: 3 Gistii Type, 3 Gistior Type, 2 Gistum Type and 1 Domination type pirate.
  • Destroying the Domination pirate is the site trigger and possibly escallation to the next stage.
  • Escallation Popup: Enemy analysis report indicates that you are close to a drug distributor conditioning unit, where Angels are known to bring kidnapped persons from neighboring systems, make them addicted to various drugs, brainwash and train them as drug dealers, before sending them back to their home. Your best chance to beat these pirates is to get to the remaining ships before they reach their destination.
  • Total: 1.5M (Bounties: 200K Salvage: 783K Loot: 567K )

Stage 4 LOW SEC

  • This stage has an initial gate and 2 pockets.

First pocket

  • Defenders: 8 Gistii type pirates.
  • I assumed that all the pirates must be dead to use the acceleration gate to the second pocket.
  • There were 44 Veldspar asteroids in this pocket.

Second pocket

  • Defenders: 7 Gistii type, 4 Gistior type, and 1 Domination type pirate.
  • There were 51 Veldspar asteroids in this pocket.
  • Final story popup: Surprisingly the Angels chose to stay and defend this vile place to their last ship. Even though you didn't manage to rescue any of their captivies, this installation will not be of any use to the pirates for a long time and looking at it in a clinical way, this end is probablly for the best for everyone as the human wrecks this place produced will not be spreading the pleasures of doom to untold thousands of people throughout this region.
