- This is different to theHow to Properly Form a Fleet page. This is a checklist for use by an FC. How to form a fleet is more like a set of detailed instructions. Checlist- make sure you didn't forget to do something important (that you already know how to do); instructions - guide to doing something you don't already know how to do. Think of a pre-flight checklist on a plane. I suggest the candidate for deletion flag be removed and I'll try to get some FC's to contribute to a revision. --Blake Aivoras 04:50, 18 October 2013 (UTC)
