FLEET COMMANDER CHECKLIST
Preamble: This is a checklist and with all checklists, depending on the situation, not everything will apply. A good checklist will remind you of everything that could possibly apply for its design task. A bad checklist will not. If something does not apply, simply move on to the next item of the list.
FLEET ADVERTISEMENT
Fleet Advertisement can be sent by mail, forum, and/or calendar and includes 1. Who (campus, corp, alliance, friends, etc.) 2. What (brawler, kiter, black-ops, specific doctrine, etc.) 3. Where (NPC station, POS, etc.) 4. When (use EVE time) 5. Why (objective of the fleet)
