Armored Warfare
Basic proficiency at coordinating armored warfare. Grants a 2% bonus to fleet members' armor hit points per skill level. Note: The fleet bonus only works if you are the assigned fleet booster.
Note: Fleet bonuses only affect fleet members in space within the same solar system
