Blood Raider Base is an Unrated Complex found by scanning in Null Security regions with Blood Raider presence.
Walkthrough
This site is very similar to Provisional Blood Outpost. Upon warping to the site you will land at an acceleration gate.
First Pocket
Acceleration gate is approx. 30 km away. Timed wave spawns in a few minutes after warpin.
