The Fluttering Nebula is a gas site found in null sec through Exploration. There are no hostile NPCs here.

This specific site is found only in the Vale of the Silent region of space.

  • Cytoserocin gas clouds do a static amount of damage at random intervals. Damage can be tanked and mitigated with thermal resists.
  • Untested: signature radius impacts the amount of damage received.
