I just tested this.  My alt bought 20 Angel Silver Tags and handed them in to Frera Elgas, Republic Security Services at the Republic Data Center in Emolgranlan.  My alt was, thereafter, NOT able to get the mission again.  So, at least one of the "Keeping Crime in Check" missions is not repeatable.  --[[User:Seamus donohue|Seamus donohue]] 15:38, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
