Undid Change

Bookmarking
The naming convention format should be "<SIGTYPE> [<SIGID>] <additional info>"
For the WH bookmarks "<SIGTYPE> [<SIGID>] <ADDITIONAL INFO>" (all caps) WH [AAA] HIGHSEC STATIC
