Undid Change

Bookmarking
The naming convention format should be "<SIGTYPE> [<SIGID>] <additional info>"
For the WH bookmarks "<SIGTYPE> [<SIGID>] <ADDITIONAL INFO>" (all caps) WH [AAA] HIGHSEC STATIC
Also we should put in G and L sites after the [<SIGID>] a letter as Qvar has suggest for "a = activated = Somebody has initiated warp to it, but the sleepers still are in need of some pew. c = cleared = all the sleepers inside have been killed. x = Depleted of valuable resources.
