Commander Etienne Law is a Command Staff officer of the ILN. He is responsible for recruitment and maintenance of the operational records within the ILN. Commander Etienne Law ("ay-teh-en") is a Sebiestor engineer and graduate of the Republic Military School & EVE University. Devout to the Minmatar Republic, he became a capsuleer on 2nd July 113 YC. He currently resides in the Metropolis region of New Eden. He has been a member of EVE University from an early age lending his abilities, most noticably, to the universities 'Low-Sec Camp' amongst other projects. An officer of the "new" (12th July 2012) Ivy League Navy, he currently holds the rank of Commander and is responsible for all ILN recruitment & records.
