Asteroid Belt Remnants is an ore anomaly that spawns in 1.0 and 0.9 security systems, usually near "starter systems". A list of starter systems list can be found in the CCP helpdsek article Rookie Griefing
It only contains veldspar asteroids and a few of its richer variants (II-Grade (concentrated) & II-Grade (dense)).
There are about 60 asteroids on the grid and they are quite scattered. This anomaly can also spawn in 0.8 and 0.7 but never below.
