Mission briefing
"I have a very dire situation on my hands at the moment. I have been the caretaker of a few dozen slaves for 5 years now, and recently the unthinkable happened. They managed to convert a few of our pod clones to their side, and together they have made an audacious get-away from the slave pens. Fortunately, we still have them on our radar, but we fear they might try to use one of the smuggler gates in CX8-6K to escape. Obviously, it will set a very bad precedent should they manage to successfully get away. We can't have that. There's enough rebelliousness and infighting as it is within our ranks. Although it pains me to say this, I require that you destroy all of the vessels carrying these rebels. They will be flying our ships, but will not hesitate to fire upon you - so feel free to extend the same courtesy. I will give you the precise coordinates of their whereabouts, of course."

Mission briefing
"Unfortunately, we discovered a few stragglers who avoided the fate of those rebels you took care of in that last assignment. Worse, we think they're about to make an attempt to reach an old abandoned stargate in CX8-6K. Their getting away would be a huge embarrassment, so I want you to get to that stargate first in order to foil their plans. There's something that will work in your favor though: This particular stargate is a very old model, and it needs to be powered up for a while before it will work. Therefore you'll have a few minutes to destroy the escapees before the stargate is completely powered up. Don't bother to attack the stargate itself ? if you destroy it they'll just warp away, and then who knows when we'll have another chance to catch them. Oh, and bring me the head of their leader. I will present that to our people as a reminder of what happens to those who double-cross the Blood Raiders. This is an important mission, which will have significant impact on your faction standings."
