Set your destination for the solar system of Tvink. There is an old Guerilla outpost there, and currently it is being fought over by several different factions. I want you to go there and kill as many Angel Cartel Officers as you can. Bring their dogtags back to me as proof of you actions. |
The required items are found in Contested Minmatar Guerilla Base. They drop from the Angel Drug Addict rats in the first (Contested Security Post) and third (Overrun Military Depot) pockets.
