Infinity
Infinity is a CCP server cluster that exclusively serves EVE Online's Chinese player base and hosts an entirely separate instance of the EVE Universe utilizing a new map that is not influenced by activities on Tranquility or Serenity. It is one of two Chinese regional server clusters that CCP operates, alongside Serenity. Accounts on this server are specific to the cluster, and cannot interact with players of other server clusters, much like how actions on Serenity do not affect those on Tranquility.
Due to the separation of players between the two production server clusters, there are separate characters, corporations, and alliances between the two, and while some corporations and alliances share a presence on both server clusters, they are separately managed. Map changes include having null at the center of the map surrounded by low then high sec.
Many mechanics trialed by EVE Echoes have been brought over to Infinity such as auto lock, autofire, auto orbit, high sec having safety locked to green, recovering destroyed ships, and smaller corporation and alliance sizes.
