| Dammit, dammit, dammit! Once again, the narcs are causing me bloody trouble. My inside man just told me that they launched an official investigation against my operation. They're on to me and are trying to figure out what it is that I actually do here. This is bad news for us, character_name. We have to get them to close their investigation.
I´ve got an idea how to solve this mess, though. If we co-operate with them and get them to think we have nothing to hide, maybe they'll go away. Take these reports to Inder VII - Moon 11 - Sisters of EVE Bureau. They contain fake data on all our assets, journals, and transaction logs. If this isn't enough to convince them we're not up to anything, I don't know what will. |

Hey, don´t try to back out of this now, compadre ― you´re an accessory after the fact, like it or not. Don´t worry, though, loyalty among thieves, and all that. Still, maybe you should start making preparations as well. I wouldn't want both of us to go down just because I screwed up some paperwork. We don't have to worry just yet, though; my contact will fill me in on how the investigation is going, so if they decide to come for us, we'll know.
Meanwhile, I have another task for you. There is an agent nearby who's been getting on my nerves lately. I hired a small guerilla unit to enter his personal quarters and rob him blind. They were successful, apart from one thing: When they saw how much the stolen goods were worth, they broke the deal and decided to keep the loot for themselves. Go to the contested guerilla base, kill the treacherous Angels, and retrieve the item for me. |
