| A few words of introduction are probably in order. I'm Mattheu Rochet an investment banker and sometimes independent trader. I made my fortune a while back trading robotics after the great capsuleer influx two years ago. Since then, I've been constantly seeking ways to further the cause of the Matari, a proud people with a tragic history for which proper reparations have not been made.
I recently decided to make the Ani constellation my stomping grounds. The situation here is an intriguing one: the simmering conflict between the Amatarr and the old Republic is more evident here than in most other places I've been to, and there is much good work that can be done. In fact, I have a job for you if you feel like lending a hand. Some associates of mine have set up shop in the Barkrik system's Joint Harvesting Food Packaging stations. They are going to install some equipment so they can keep tabs on some of the shadier elements in there. I need you to bring them a shipment of electronic parts, which they can use to assemble their covert surveillance gear. Do this quickly and efficiently and i'll have another job for you. |

| According to my sources, there are some interesting times ahead in the Nakugard system. A group of unscrupulous individuals is planning to illegally move in Matari slaves under the guise of contract workers. Some of my contacts in Nakugard are working towards fixing this problem their own way but I want my people standing by in case worst comes to worst.
I have a shipment of small arms comming into the Sisters of EVE Bureau in Lanngisi. The Sisters themself have nothing to do with it of course, but they trust me enough to look the other way in this case. I need the weapons delivered to the Krusal Tribe bureau at Nakugard V, where my people will pick them up and put them to good use, if need be, will you do this for me. |

| I've just received word from one of my Nakugard associates that the group I mentioned earlier, the ones who are bringing in the slaves, have stashed away a sizeable portion of Vitoc in one of the Joint Harvesting stations in Barkrik presumably to keep better control of their "contracted labor." Fortunately some of the station personnel in there are on my payroll, so I've managed to have the whole load of it "confiscated."
If you head over there and bring the Vitoc back to the Sisters of EVE Bureau in Lanngisi, we will be one step closer to resoundingly sending out the message. You don't try to bring Minmatar slaves into this constellation, right under everybody's nose. |
