Talk:Becoming an ILN Officer

I read elsewhere (I will check later) that every E-Uni member is enlisted in the ILN, but it says here "should they fulfill the requirements for enlisted members." Also, it says in this article that you select a battlegroup, yet in the other article it says this is not necessary.
