I removed the section "Maximizing your Eve character's start" (see edit). I don't remove text by other editors light hearted but this simply does not fit into this article. The article is meant to walk a new player through the very first steps explaining which choices are meaningful (character name for example) and which are not really meaningful (bloodline for example). This is important as some players feel lost at those choices in the beginning. Optimizing how to spend real live money is not important in that context. It also didn't fit into the ordering not so speak of the section ranks. The same information seems to be available in Accounts.
