Should we include Power Diagnostic system in the capacitor section?

   No, because its primary purpose remains fitting, if you just wanted capacitor, you would use a Power Relay or Flux Coil, and it already has an entry under fitting. Perhaps it could 
   be moved under Misc - Lorzonic Orti
