2 hours from what?

Acc. https://eve-survival.org/wikka.php?wakka=PortaltoWar3 the 2 hours start, when attacking the control tower...

I warped in and the whole fleet was already there - bye bye cruiser - no chance to warp out...blown away in a few seconds. The ships listed on "Portal_to_War" would have been no problem, even with the reinforcements...but the fleet can't be done in a single cruiser - thanks for the helpful information.
