Temer Rugaert

Temer Rugaert is a level 2 agent in Minmatar COSMOS located in Tvink at Margins of Error (If you can't see them, enable overview elements "Beacon" and "Agents in Space"). Instead of offering the normal kind of COSMOS mission, he will offer a simple trade mission that can be repeated infinitely but which offers only a small amount of ISK and corp standing as a reward.
