Mike Head is a capsuleer based out of the Dodixie IX - Moon 20 - Federation Navy Assembly Plant. He is known to do suspect baiting and station duels.
All EVE Uni students are recommended to avoid Mike Head, or even set him as having Terrible standing, unless they feel confident in PVP.
