My suggestion for a rookie fun party
Rookie pilot --> fighter, salvager or miner? This is the big question in this game.

Rookies Rules
This event is for Rookie pilots who like to find out what they like to do: Fighting, mining, salvaging. Or all? You will be setup in an asteroid field with only Rookie ships. Find out what the best balanced role is for you. There are great prices and medals to gain. But it is the experience which will help you continue EVE is the best way you like!
Scheduling information:

Objectives:
The winner is the one with the most kills AND the most ore mined AND the most salvaged
Rules:
- Active EVE University membership
- NO podding!!!! --> podding = disqualification!
- Qualifications: 5 matches duration 10 minutes per match. After completing 5 matches the winners are promoted to the final play off
- One final match 15 minutes. Only for the promoted pilots. Rest can be spectators
- Unlimited use of default fitted Rookie ships
- You can only shoot at Rookie ships
- You can do mining
- You can use drones for fight, salvage, mining
- Or you can do everything? -> Shooting, mining & salvaging
- You will join the "Rookie Rules Fleet" as a squad member.
Fitting:
- Default Rookie ship fitting. 1 civil mining laser & 1 light laser
Rewards:
- WINNER ->most isk, kills, salvaging & mining
- Gets Title -> Lt. Seal Novice
- Reward: Arazu
- Medal: Rookie Champion 2014
- Fighter -> most isk kills
- Gets Title -> Sgt. Assault Novice
- Reward: Exequror Navy Issue
- Salvager -> most isk salvaged
- Gets Title -> Sgt. Logi Novice
- Reward: Noctis
- Mininer -> most isk mined
- Gets Title -> Sgt. Ore Novice
- Reward: Covetor with gass fit & Retriever with ore fit & Procurer with ice fit
Special awards for: Valor, Honor, Team spirit, Bad luck, Assist, Creativity

Requirements:
- Active EVE University membership
- Mastered skill:
- Space ship command I
- Happy spirit
Additional Information:
- Need some veteran Wardens to check pilots during match
- ONLY Rookie ship usage with default fittings
(The one you get for free when you are killed?)
- It has one mining laser and one combat weapon And that's it!
(No mods no rigs only these two lasers.)
- So now also the very green rookies can join
- AND when you are killed you can get one for free in the nearest station!
- There will be one designated station or Orca for lock & load.
- One designated asteroid field
Variations
- To make the Rookies more confident you can give the Rookies drones and the veterans no drones.
- So the rookie can choose 1 big drone , 2 fighter drones, 2 mining drones, 2 salvage drones or mixed drones
- Make a competition match with promotions and demotions -> Ultimately one winner
- Make veteran players Squad commander and they have to lead the squad to victory
- Rookies in a small fleet / veterans solo
- put every team in a fleet so it is more easy to sort out the loot of the team
Benefits
- So no more whining about lost isk, or lost ships since it's for free!!!!
- Organisation supplies the cheapest drones -> set limitation total drones per match
- Easy setup battlefield
- Everybody has a fair chance to win
