This is a single-step P2 to P3 factory template. Two of these can be built on a planet with high enough skill in Command Center Upgrades. The Launchpad can hold 10,000m³ of input P2.
Two P2 inputs
Each of the twelve factories processes 15m³ of P2 materials per hour. Together they process 4,320m³ per day, given the colony a runtime of 2.3 days before new materials have to be imported from the customs office. The customs office can store another 35,000m³. That gives another 4 days of runtime if two templates are built, or double that for one.
Import from E-Uni wiki template
A template can be shared as .json-file or by clipboard. To import a template from wiki, mark and copy the contents of the collapsed template-box to the clipboard. Open the Template list ingame by "Open Templates" and 
"Import & Export". Load from clipboard to build from the template. Save from clipboard to insert the template to the list for later use.
