Some discussion was made about making non english language Universities, and how our documents might be translated into other languages, with focus on the new Japanese.

• The idea of integrating other languages.
• Subtitling in English, then Japanese, then finally dubbing Seamus's instructional videos.

UNI Lottery, and the difficulties, what worked and how it should be run.

• Prises mostly went to smaller contributers, with 400 unistas buying tickets.
• Prize pools kept from expanding to the hundreds to encourage purchases.
• Spamming corp mail worked.
• Limited to UNI Members only so that they could be tracked by donations to a specific wallet division.

Future corps asked how they could be involved in such projects.

• The difficulty of alumni notice of UNI events when they don't have Corp Mail, and don't read the forums as much is somewhat limited.
• Discussion of Alumni resources, and how they are very imporant to E-UNI.
• Guest Lecturers especially, but also donations to things like this lottery.
• Admittance that the UNI Does not make effective use of the Alumni Available.
• Creation of Alumni.E-UNI (held temporarially by Zanthra Shard to be transfered to University Voice at a later date).

What Guest Lecturers Can Do

• Neville says that the guest lectures can be about anything.
• Mumble is set up so that people only have access to the things they shoulc have access to.
• Bring something interesting and people will show up, (Seamus's reading of lore was mentioned as something that people have really enjoyed).

Problems with Guest Lecturers and Practicals

• UNI Rules of Engagement
• UNI Rules on Mixed Membership Fleets
• Wormhole practicals only.
• Suggested reading uni policies section on wormhole mixed fleets out loud to the fleet, and explaining what it means to them.
• Have explicit instructions that if unfleeted +5s show up on grid while the UNIs are in a mixed membership fleet, their orders are to scatter.
• Guest lecturers should remember those ships may not be +5 to them, just to the uni.
• Guest lecturer difficulties dealing with UNI coms and fleet discipline.

Missing curriculum

• Soverenty mechanics.
• Other difficult to be made practical classes.
• Incursions was one previously, but got very amazing very fast.

Discussion about the New New New ILN

• Parellellism with the teaching division.
• Requires FCing fleets leaving from Aldrat for commoander positions (regular fleets from aldrat).

Lack of fleets going out, and lack of good FCs

• Incoming vets are required to fly in uni fleets before FCing, where new players are not.
• Regular Random FC Fleet

Discussion about the UNI Blob Syndrome

• Clear systems acting like a noob uni bait.

Incursions came up

• Zanthra extoles his influence in getting uni incurson fleets active. (you can tell this is entirely not biased in what the person writing this remembers)
• Discussion of incursion maneuvers.
• Discussion of Incursion FCs.

Too much peace

• Discussion about possible regular mutual wars with one or more corp.
• Encourages people sitting in station to form fleets.
• Objective based fleets (retrieve stranded unista).
• Discussion alreday happening.

Video of fleet fights

• With FCs permission you can record fleets.
• Must let the fleet know if you are going to record.
• If pilots don't want to be recorded, they can either have the FC say no, or leave the fleet. (FC has fnal word on recording, players have final word on whether to fly with the FC)
• Videos can be uploaded after the AAR has been declassified.
• With permission from both the FC, 'and' the Scouts, videos can be uplaoded after the fleet is finished and disbanded, and the location has been declassified on the kilboard (if there were any kills or losses).
