Ping channels
- Don't make more than one ping. Please consider waht you want to write before posting. If you must add additional detail, use the talkaboutpings cahnnel.
- Ping for fleets that are about to be formed, or a few days before.
- do not ping to request additional members. expect slackers login if they can provide something already. If you must request a role, use talkaboutp
