(Just call me Qwinn :) For the record, I completed the arc solo with less than 4.5 million skillpoints... but I wouldn't recommend it, I've played a lot in the last few months and the ship I did it in was fitted with about 2 billion worth of mods, so don't take that to mean this arc is easily done with few skills in a tech 1 ship.
