RoPoem advised that in part 1, they had an occasion where the Domination pirate did not appear. They further advised that upon killing the cruiser a popup message "Here the pirates have ditched one of their damaged frigates. At first it seems not that badly damaged, but further investigation shows the interior is totally burnt out. This looks to be a dead end."
